» Placing an order

We make it easy. Throughout our site, whenever you see a product you'd like to purchase, simply click "Buy Now" and the item will be added to your Shopping Cart.

Once you've clicked "Buy Now" on an item:

1. Your Shopping Cart will be displayed. From your Shopping Cart, you can continue shopping, save your Shopping Cart for purchase at a later date, or continue to check out.

2. Once you choose to Check Out, you'll provide your billing and shipping information.

3 You will be taken directly to the Review Order and Specify Payment Method screen.

4. You'll have a chance to review your total order, including any tax, and shipping costs. If you're satisfied, you'll provide your credit card information to complete your secure transaction.

5. You will then see an Order Confirmation screen which indicates we've received your order and gives you a confirmation number for your order.

6. We'll send an email confirmation within 24 hours to let you know your order has been processed. This email is your receipt and will include your confirmation number, verification of the items purchased and your shipping and delivery information.

You can print out (or "capture") our printable order form. Fill it out, and e-mail it to us or if you don't want to deal with any form just e-mail us with the description, prices, credit card info, where to ship, etc


Order by mail:

You can capture (print out) our printable order form (this needs to be created from the shopping cart, and we can link to it once it is created), fill it in and mail it to us. Our mailing address is:

» Checking Order Status/Tracking

You can link to the UPS tracking system to check on UPS-shipped orders. Your UPS Tracking number will be sent to you via email.

» About Shipping & Delivery

pumpsforless.com uses two shipping method: U.S. Postal Service and UPS package delivery.

UPS package delivery is the primary method of shipping for items weighing less than 150 pounds. In addition to standard ground service, we offer a two-day air option and an overnight delivery option. Additional fees are charged for expedited shipping (see shipping rates table below).

» Shipping & Handling charges

Continental U.S. we add 6% of product subtotal for shipping (typically 2-8 business days to arrive). *

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and other U.S. possessions - you will pay actual shipping cost.*

During and before holidays - shipping by standard UPS shipping times can take up to 2 additional days

» Payment Options

You can purchase from pumpsforless.com using your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal or American Express.

You can also pay with a Money Order or Check (please allow 2 weeks if paying by check or money order, unless US Postal money order).

To keep our prices lowest we do not accept COD orders, or Purchase Orders, or foreign checks/money orders.

» Taxes

None except we add 6% sales tax on products shipped to New Jersey

» Returns & Cancellations

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RGA (A RETURN # ISSUED BY US)

You ordered the wrong Products:

It is rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping please tell us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will issue a return number and instructions on how and where to return the product. We will ship you the correct product (along with a gift from the person who made the mistake…really!) and we will pay the shipping costs.

Goods damaged during Shipping:

If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier (most likely UPS). If you accept a damaged shipment, please tell us immediately.

Return of Pumps:

HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING. We will only accept a return if it is returned in the original manufacturer's packaging. Listed products (items that have listed prices on our web pages) may be returned within 30 days of receiving them; the products must be brand new (never used) and in perfect condition with all manufacturer's packaging. In order to keep our prices at their lowest, we charge a 30% RESTOCKING FEE and your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR ANY USED PUMP!!!!

Returns do happen they are a part of life ….we will do everything possible to make the return easy. All we ask is that you are as nice as we are and you accept responsibility as well as we do.
